Pulsepastro operates its own fleet on the Vancouver Island corridor and in the Lower Mainland. For moves east of the Rockies, we use a network of vetted carrier partners who meet our scanning and on-time reporting standards before onboarding. We cover all ten provinces with scheduled LTL consolidation departures twice weekly. Coverage into Yukon and Northwest Territories is available but quoted separately with explicit transit-time caveats, as conditions on certain highways are seasonal. Nunavut moves are handled by air freight only and routed through Winnipeg or Ottawa hubs depending on the final community.

If your origin or destination is not listed above, contact our coverage team directly. We assess new routes quarterly and can often arrange spot coverage through our carrier network even for corridors we do not serve on a scheduled basis. For international destinations not on the established ocean lanes, our team will source a spot quote from our freight forwarder network and revert within 48 hours. Please provide the origin postal code, destination postal code or country, commodity type, approximate weight, and preferred pickup date when enquiring.
Yes, with a caveat. Rural BC addresses on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast are within our own fleet's range. Interior BC communities such as Prince George, Kamloops, and Kelowna are served by our carrier partners on a twice-weekly schedule. Very remote areas may require an extra business day beyond the standard transit time.
Yes. We handle US-bound shipments via road (ground truck across the border) and air. Our carrier partners include licensed US customs brokers who manage the CBP entry process. We quote US destinations on request and can typically confirm lane availability within 24 hours.
Our minimum domestic shipment is a single carton with a minimum billable weight of 5 kg. For last-mile delivery, there is no minimum parcel count per run — we can add a single parcel to an existing route in your zone. International shipments have a minimum billable weight of 10 kg for air and one cubic metre for ocean LCL.
Same-day delivery is only available within Greater Victoria, the Saanich Peninsula, and the Western Communities. Metro Vancouver is a next-business-day service. For all other destinations, we quote the most expedited option available but cannot guarantee same-day.
