How the Pulsepastro warehouse operates
Our Victoria warehouse provides 18,000 square feet of racked and floor-stacked storage across two climate zones: ambient (10–25°C) and cool-ambient (4–10°C for products that need protection from heat without full cold-chain requirements). Every pallet and carton that enters the facility is scanned into our warehouse management system within two hours of receipt. Clients access live inventory counts, inbound and outbound history, and low-stock alerts through the same teal-modern portal used for freight tracking. Pick-and-pack services are available for e-commerce merchants and wholesale distributors who need orders prepared and labelled before outbound dispatch.
What warehouse clients receive
Dual Climate Zones
Ambient and cool-ambient storage under the same roof. Products sensitive to summer heat — cosmetics, certain foods, electronics — benefit from the cooler zone without full refrigeration cost.
Pick and Pack
Orders received by 12:00 noon are picked, packed to your brand specification, and manifested for outbound dispatch the same day. Integration with Shopify and WooCommerce available.
Inventory Reporting
Weekly inventory snapshot emailed every Monday morning. Real-time counts available in the portal at all times. Discrepancy reports generated within 24 hours of any count variance.
What our warehouse does not handle
Our facility is not licensed for the storage of controlled substances, firearms, or goods subject to Transport Canada dangerous goods regulations above Class 9 — miscellaneous. We do not offer full cold-chain frozen storage (below 0°C). Oversized items exceeding 4.2 metres in length or 2,500 kg per pallet require a structural assessment before acceptance; please discuss these requirements during the onboarding call. Minimum storage engagement is 30 days; we are not equipped for same-day or next-day spot storage without prior arrangement.
